There is an extra split system in the room upstairs. In the family room is a large Illusion gas space heater. Ducted vacuum system. Both instant gas and storage electric hot water systems. Alarm system.

Large Italian tiles cover the hallways, family, dining, kitchen, utility and verandah areas. The kitchen has granite bench tops and a Gaggenau range with gas and electric hot tops, electric BBQ, steamer (with plumbed drain) and a deep fryer. Electric oven and microwave. Over the ranges is a double Qasair extractor fan.

There are 3 bedrooms, a study and an upstairs recreation room with views and a deck with retractable awning. The main bathroom is lined with limestone, has a sunken spa bath, shower, twin basins and separate toilet. The guest or 2nd bathroom is fully tiled with shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.
