Born into a Real Estate family, Ben's passion for the industry was ignited from a young age. Ben started working part-time in the family business at the age of 16 and quickly developed an understanding to the importance of building relationships within his local community. Having since moved into a full-time role, Ben has been developing his own repertoire of professional skills for Real Estate through a strong desire to exceed both his and his client's expectations. Ben has a genuine passion for property and along with his excellent negotiating and communication skills Ben has quickly established himself as an honest, determined and authentic agent.
Ben is a key member of the team here at Community Real Estate with a strong understanding of the market place and demographics across the Mornington Peninsula. Ben is responsible for handling the State Trustees contract for Community Real Estate, which requires an excellent understanding of marketing, services, negotiating and selling. A lifelong Mount Eliza resident, Ben attended The Peninsula School and has been an avid member of The Mount Eliza Community all his life and has a familiarity and strong sense of connection to the area that reaps rewards for his clients.
With a Bachelor of Business and Commerce and having previously worked in the Marketing department here at Community Real Estate, Ben is very well equipped to advise vendors on the best strategy for the sale of their home - not only to achieve top dollar and in a shortest amount of time, but to make it an enjoyable and stress free experience from start to finish.
